Criminal Complaint (If Required)

If a cyber attack or criminal situation has occurred, a criminal complaint must be filed with the Republic Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and the prepared criminal complaint text must be attached to the application. After filing the criminal complaint, the prosecutor's office sends a letter to the police cybercrime unit for investigation, and this letter must also be attached to the application.

Obtaining Loss Certificate

Within 15 days from the date the situation was learned, a loss certificate must be obtained by applying to the authorized court where the commercial business is located. The loss certificate must be submitted to the Ministry of Finance together with the status determination report and other documents.

Application to Ministry of Finance

The situation must be notified to the Administration in writing together with the loss certificate, status determination report and other required documents, and the information and documents requested by the Administration must be submitted. After the necessary examination, the Administration gives written permission for the re-uploading of e-Ledger and record files.
