E-Ledger keepers, due to "Force Majeure" cases specified in the Tax Procedure Law, in cases where the records of their e-Ledger or records are corrupted, deleted, damaged or cannot be processed and secondary copies of e-Ledger and record files stored in e-Ledger storage service providers or from the Administration cannot be obtained, from the time these situations are learned, together with supporting information and documents, they must apply to the authorized court where their commercial business is located within 15 days and request a loss certificate.
After obtaining the loss certificate from the court, if the situation is notified to the Administration in writing together with the loss certificate and the information and documents requested by the Administration (the information and documents to be requested are explained in the E-Ledger Application Guide) are submitted, the Administration gives written permission for the re-creation of the lost e-Ledger records of the taxpayers and the re-uploading of the newly created e-Ledger and record files to the Administration system through the e-Ledger application.
Steps to be taken for E-Ledger deletion process:
