Why the reference number is on the label: parcels arrive at our receiving desk with no name on them. Without a number on the box, the only way to tell which enquiry a device belongs to is to open it — which delays opening your record.

Things to pay attention to for safely sending your device
Pack your device safely by wrapping it with foam or bubble wrap. Don't forget to add a fragile label.
Print the label and stick it on the package. Our address, your reference number and the QR code are filled in for you.
Deliver your package to the shipping company. You can track your shipment with the tracking number.
