How the process runs

  • Count and collectionDevices are counted at your premises and collected against a signed record; sealed transport equipment is available on request.
  • Secure storageUntil destruction, devices are kept in an access-restricted area behind an electronic lock.
  • DestructionMedia are physically shredded with dedicated equipment; a representative from your organisation can witness the process.
  • Report and recyclingA serial-number level report and certificate are issued, and the remains go to a licensed environmental facility.

Regulation and certification

  • Periodic destruction

    Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) sets a six-month cycle, which is why organisations usually plan destruction for June and December.

  • Destruction certificate

    A detailed report listing brand, model and serial number is issued together with the certificate.

  • WEEE recycling

    The remains go to a licensed environmental facility and a recycling certificate is issued.

  • Certified management systems

    ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 14001:2015 and TS EN 15713:2009.

Alternatives

If the device is to be reused or sold, secure data erasure is the better route; if nothing may leave your building, on-site destruction fits better.
