On-Site Data Destruction
Erasure and drilling at your premises, under your supervision
In some organisations no device carrying data may leave the building. For those cases our team arrives with its equipment and carries out the erasure or drilling at your premises, under your supervision.
Nothing travels, so the risk that comes with transport disappears; the report and certificate are handed over on site.
Drilling (physical disabling). The PID+ manual media destruction device renders 2.5" and 3.5" hard disks, SSDs, tablets and phones unusable.
Software erasure. Where the device will be reused, it is erased with PIWIPE to DoD 5220.22-M and NIST SP 800-88, and the result is verified.
Witnessed process. The work is done under the supervision of your own staff; drilled devices are recorded on HD video, delivered alongside the certificate.
Where internal policy forbids data leaving the premises, the process is completed inside the building.
Witnessed destruction with signed records and video footage; an audit-ready document set.
Devices carrying patient data are destroyed without leaving the organisation.
A recurring visit schedule can be arranged, aligned with the six-month destruction cycle.
On request, drilled devices are collected by us, sent to a licensed environmental facility under WEEE rules and covered by a recycling certificate — that stage falls under secure data destruction. If the devices stay with you, only the report and the certificate are handed over.
Devices can be moved to our laboratory in sealed transport equipment; counting, the signed handover record and secure storage work the same way.
